Calgary VegFest 2026

A brand-new VegFest event is coming to Calgary in September

Calgary Vegan Society is thrilled to announce Calgary VegFest 2026, taking place on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at Sunalta Community Centre and Hub. There will be delicious plant-based foods, food trucks, live entertainment, engaging speakers and much more! Join us and be a part of the community  of the plant-based and the plant-curious alike in an inclusive, family-friendly setting in support of sustainable food and living. The event will be open to the public by donation at the entrance. 

Calgary Vegan Society is a volunteer-run grassroots non-profit organization based in Calgary that is committed to hosting accessible, fun and community focused events and programs that will encourage inclusivity and compassion within our community, supporting local businesses and ultimately strengthening plant-based and sustainable living in our city. After the success of previous vegan market events, the organization is ready to tackle larger projects and bring a real vegfest event back to the city.
